User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain deep insights into user needs and behaviours. Concept Development: Generate creative ideas and concepts that align with business objectives and user needs. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions. Visual Design: Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and consistent with the brand identity. Workshop facilitation – Host workshops that align, ideate and inspire thinking aligned to business objectives and user centric outcomes. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to validate design decisions and iterate on feedback. Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all products and platforms. Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edge. How you’ll spend your day Produce prototypes and test methodologies, assumptions, or hypotheses. Design, iterate, and support existing products/features. Develop low-high fidelity concepts and working prototypes. Understands working on atomic structures Has experience with designing for UX and optimal UI output with dashboards or other operational/functional systems. Analytical mind with an eye for business Assist in maintaining exceptional standards within UX and UI. Collaborate on research and user testing.
