Position Summary... What you’ll do... About Walmart Business Walmart Business is a new omnichannel experience to save businesses, nonprofits and public sector entities time, money, and hassle so they can focus on their missions. We leverage existing Walmart assets and build new capabilities to better serve organizational buyers. We’re bringing together the Every Day Low Prices, assortment, omnichannel capabilities, and store footprint of Walmart with new experiences and functionality tailored to the unique needs of organizations. You’ll make an impact by: Articulating a UX north star for this growing business. Delivering at the intersection of brilliant design, compelling user experience, and business value. Driving simple and cohesive user experience solutions across a portfolio of projects by translating business needs into actions and roadmaps. Synthesizing ideas from multiple sources and across industries and geographies to identify UX needs / opportunities (including quantitative consumer insights, qualitative customer research, existing customer behavior and feedback, future trends and forecasts, and competitive landscape). Participating in efforts to understand and address the root causes of customer behavior changes, including usability and brainstorming sessions. Designing scalable, dependable, extensible, and maintainable user experience frameworks and roadmaps. Balancing creativity with the heritage and design assets of Walmart; using best practices to guide the creation of patterns and styles and leveraging existing design libraries. Continuously improving the effectiveness of your designs and ways of working. Building an inclusive and exceptional team. Acting with urgency, taking ownership, and finding a way. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, UX / Design, Product Management or related field and 10 years’ experience in product management or related field OR 12 years’ experience in product management or related field. 6 years’ experience building and leading high performing teams. 6 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams. The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
